Used for single implants to expand where the bone is narrow in width or improve weak bone
- Can be used for sinus lift (Crestal Approach)
- Can be used for bone grafting
- Measure the width of the bone
- Prepare a pilot osteotomy with the pilot drill
- Widen the osteotomy with the appropriate bone expander
- Use the extension tool for difficult access between long adjacent teeth
